What is Preorder?

What is a Pre-order?

Pre-ordering means the item is not ready to ship immediately. Here's how it works:

  1. Prototype Created: A prototype is displayed.
  2. Collecting Orders: Orders are collected (limited quantity) before production begins.
  3. Production Starts: Once enough orders are collected, production begins.
  4. Release and Shipment: After production, the item is released and shipped to customers.

Common FAQs:

  • Production Time: Estimated release is usually 3-6 months but can vary. Delays are possible due to unforeseen circumstances, so make sure you're prepared to wait before ordering.

  • Ordering After Pre-order Ends: Sometimes studios may extend the pre-order period; you can still order if it remains open.

  • No Updates After a Few Months?: You can contact us for updates, or we will notify you when your item is ready for shipment.

  • Delayed Release: If the estimated release date has passed, delays are common due to production challenges. Contact us anytime for updates.

  • Canceling a Pre-order: Cancelations incur a deposit penalty. Make sure you're certain before ordering.

  • Deposit Penalty Explained: The deposit covers production costs and is non-refundable if canceled. Be sure you love the item and are willing to wait.

  • Ready Stock at STC: We occasionally have ready stock available for immediate shipment.
