Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please Read Carefully Before Making a Purchase:

Order Cancellation Requests:

• Within 48 Hours: Order cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 10% transaction fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
• After 48 Hours: Order cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a penalty charge of either the deposit amount or 30% of the total order value for ready stock items, whichever is applicable:
  • If you made a deposit payment, the order can be canceled, but the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you made a full payment, you may cancel the order, and the remaining balance (full payment minus the deposit) will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • If you opted for a payment plan, the first payment is non-refundable (if made within the first month). If you’ve made additional payments, the remaining balance (total paid minus the deposit) will be refunded to your original payment method.

Example: For a product priced at 1000 MYR with a 300 MYR deposit:

• Full Payment: If you paid 1000 MYR in full, 700 MYR will be refunded (1000 MYR minus 300 MYR deposit).
• Deposit Payment: If you paid the 300 MYR deposit, no refund will be issued.

Shipment:

• Failure to pay the shipping fee will result in the order being placed on hold until the fee is settled.
• You have 1 month to pay the shipping fee. If you need more time, please contact us to request an extension.

Deposit Policy: The deposit is submitted to the studio to secure your slot and initiate production. Therefore, it is non-refundable. For further questions regarding cancellation and refunds, please reach out to us.

STC (Secret Toys and Collectibles) reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by any such changes. All decisions by Mirai Collectibles are final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
