**Q. How do I place an order on the website?**

 

To place an order:

 

  1. Click the “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to buy.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to add more items to your cart, or click “Checkout” to proceed with your purchase.
  3. You will be directed to a login page where you need to log in using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to register before proceeding.
  4. Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Next.”
  5. Select your preferred payment method and click “Next.”
  6. Review your billing details and agree to the terms and conditions.
  7. Click “Confirm Order” to finalize your purchase.

**Q. How do I update my personal information and shipping address?**

 

Please contact customer service for changing your address.

 

**Q. I forgot my account password. What should I do?**

 

Click on “Lost Password?” and enter the email address used for your account registration. 

Click “Submit.” 

A verification token will be sent to you. Once received, you can set a new password.

**Q. Can I cancel an existing order?**

 

Yes, but there will be a deposit penalty as the deposit has been paid to the studio to secure your slot. 

If you paid in full, we will refund the remaining balance after deducting the deposit penalty.

 

- To cancel, email our customer service at admin@stctoys.com with the subject “Request to Cancel Order.”

- Orders that are shipping or already shipped cannot be canceled.

**Q. What is the transaction currency?**

 

All transactions are processed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).

 1-2 Working Days to West Malaysia

2-5 Working Days to East Malaysia

Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; please refer to your tracking status for real-time updates.

 

 

 

  

 

**Q. Is shipping free, and how do I know the shipping cost?**

 

Shipping is not free. Costs will be calculated once your order is packaged and ready to ship from our warehouse. 

We will issue a shipping invoice at that time. For an estimated shipping cost (not final), please contact us.

**Q. I received a damaged item. What should I do?**

 

Please take photos of the damage and email them to admin@stctoys.com or click the whatsapp Logo on the right

- For minor breaks, we suggest repairing with glue, as studios may not provide replacements for small damages. 

- For significant, detachable damage, we will request a replacement from the studio at no extra charge. 

- For large, non-detachable damage, the studio may recommend shipping the item back to the factory in China for repairs. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer; return fees will be covered by us. 

- Studio after-sales service usually takes 1-2 months, depending on their policy.

 

Any delay in payment causing shipment issues or replacement service will not be covered by STC Toys. All related fees will be borne by the customer.

**Q. What should I know before preordering?**

 

- Release dates may change due to production delays. Be prepared to wait if necessary. 

- No refunds will be given for production delays. 

- Full refunds will be issued if the studio cancels production or if we cannot fulfill your order. 

- Resin items are fragile; minor scratches or paint flaws are possible. We do not compensate for such imperfections. 

- Final products may vary slightly from prototype images.
